2021 Ben Berg Greenhouse Equipment Flat Filler

A compact and portable solution for breaking up soil and filling plug flats.

The Flat Filler is designed to uniformly fill plug flats on a small scale. It breaks up soil placed in its hopper using counter-rotating agitators before a series of augers transport it onto empty flats. The operator manually feeds the flats through the unit and excess soil is pushed away and recycled back into the hopper. It’s compact size and portable design allow it to easily be moved by a single person and through narrow passages, such as doorways. It is a very simple and economical solution for your greenhouse needs.

• 3 wetting nozzles equipped in vertical auger, with garden hose connector

• 1HP electric motor (mixer), 1/2HP electric motor (vertical auger)

• Adjustable flat filling area, (max 15” height and 18” width)

• Table tray folds for transport and storage

• Extendable handles slide out for easy transportation
